When you make a purchase, you'll receive a key that isn’t initially linked to any account. Once you enter the key into the loader, it will be bound to an account and a one-hour warranty will begin. This warranty only covers account invalidity and game bans that are present within the first 5 minutes of activating the warranty. If a game ban occurs after that initial 5-minute window or at any point after the time of purchase, we will not provide compensation. To claim warranty on an account, you must submit proof of the issue by opening a support ticket at discord.gg/xploit. Since keys are unbound before activation, make sure to check our loader stock stats located in the Discord to ensure availability before purchasing.
